Blog Prompt 1:
I believe that age and experience are important to the workforce in any country. Age is important as youth enables people to learn and adapt quickly. It is also important to have a youthful workforce so that their reaction and adaption will be faster.
Experience is also important as people should have a basic knowledge of what they are doing. This will help them in their job and they may prove more efficient than other workers. Experience also increases their reliability, as when they realise that they can do well in this particular job they are currently doing, they would prefer to stick with it and not take any risks.
Therefore, I suggest that age and experience is very important in the workforce in any country.
