I would like to offer some tips to my fellow classmates to stay healthy.
Drink many water! Especially during this H1N1 flu pandemic, it is easy to catch a flu. Going out to exercise is also good for you, you can keep fit and healthy. You must also watch your personal hygiene, for example, washing your hands before you eat. Avoid going to crowded places such as shopping malls and hawker centers. Eat more vegetables and drink milk. See a doctor immediately when you get flu-like symptoms.
Rest well if you get flu, please do so too even if you did not have flu. Do not tire yourself out with work and try to relax as this is going to be a long mental battle.
